BRIEF

NCO(National Cyber Olympiad) conducted by SOF(Science Olympiad Foundation) which helps the students to know when they stand academically within the school, city, zonal and international level.

Each student is provided with a Student Performance Report (SPR) which analyses the strong and weak areas of the student and also gives a detailed performance comparison of the student at School, City, Zonal and International level.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Students of classes 1-12 can participate in this examination.

REGISTRATION

  • Fill the registration form sent to the registered school.
  • Non registered school also can request for a registration form at info@sofworld.org.
  • The filled forms are to be sent by the school to SOF before the due date.
ROLL NUMBER
  1. The roll number is allotted by the co-ordinating teacher as per the given guidelines.
  2. Copy of roll number is to be sent to the Foundation office along with Students Registration Sheet(SRS) and School Registration Form(SRF).
REGISTRATION FEES

RS. 125 (including 18% GST) plus RS. 25 (optional) is charged per student towards honorarium of in charge, remuneration to teachers to teach, guide using study material supplied by SOF and other miscellaneous expenses.

EXAM PATTERN

  1. The exam is conducted during school hours in their respective school.
  2. The examination will be conducted on two dates; each school will select any date as per their convenience.
  3. The medium of the question paper is English.
  4. The paper is an objective-type test.
  5. The paper comprises of 35 questions for classes 1-4 and 50 questions for classes 5-12.
  6. The question paper is divided into three sections:-
    • Section-1: Logical Reasoning
    • Section-2: Computers and Information Technology
    • Section-3: Achievers Section
  7. The duration of this examination is 1 hour.
EXAM DATES

The examination will be held on 20th December 2018 and 31st January 2019.
